book --duration 20min --obligation none
Twenty minutes, and you will know whether this is worth doing.
No pitch deck. We work out what is actually being asked of you, whether one of these pieces of work answers it, and what it would cost. If none of them fit, we will say so.
Book the call
The online booking calendar is not live yet. Until it is, email us and you will get two or three times to choose from, normally within one business day.
What we will ask
- How many staff?
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
- What prompted you to book?
That is the whole list. It is enough to tell you something useful in twenty minutes, and short enough that you can answer it from memory.
Send an email
Useful if you have a questionnaire in front of you and want to know whether this is the right answer to it before booking anything.
Attach the questionnaire if you have one. It saves a round trip, and it is the fastest way to get a straight answer about whether we can help.
If you think you are being attacked, do not use the booking form.
Email enquiries@in-sec.org and put URGENT in the subject line. We do not yet publish a phone number, and we would rather tell you that than imply there is a hotline.
While you wait, three things that help
- Do not delete anything, including suspicious emails and mailbox rules. That is the evidence, and it is usually what tells you how far in they got.
- If money has moved, call your bank now rather than after you have worked out what happened. The window for recalling a payment can be very short.
- Write down what you noticed and when, while it is fresh. Times matter more than you would expect.
IN-SEC does not currently offer an incident response retainer. If you need someone on the ground immediately, say so and we will tell you straight away rather than take the meeting first.
